The KStrong Megapod 10' Basic Tripod & Winch Kit provides a durable and versatile solution for confined-space access, personnel handling, lifting, and retrieval applications. This basic kit combines the adjustable 10' Megapod Tripod with a 60 ft. Material / Personnel Winch, pre-installed mounting bracket receivers, and tripod storage bag to create a dependable system for demanding industrial and confined-space environments. Constructed from lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy, the Megapod features telescoping legs that adjust from 76.69" (1.95 m) to 115.35" (2.93 m) from ground level. Height adjustment is achieved by sliding the telescopic legs into the desired position and securing them with stainless steel locking pins attached by cables for added convenience and security. Two securely connected eyebolts provide attachment points for compatible personal protective equipment. The tripod also incorporates a dual-pulley system designed to allow the wire rope of a winch mounted on one leg and a retrieval block mounted on another leg to operate simultaneously. Pre-installed mounting bracket receivers on the tripod legs help simplify installation of compatible winch and retrieval equipment. Combining extended 10' tripod capability with a 60 ft. material/personnel winch, the KStrong Megapod Basic Kit provides a durable, versatile, and dependable solution for confined-space access, personnel handling, lifting, and retrieval applications.
