Thank you for trusting G&S Safety Products with your industrial safety products needs. We know the workplace safety gear you order from us is important. Our goal is to help you get the items you need, when you need them, at the best possible price for your budget.

Whether you need your personal protective gear in house as soon as possible, or you’re looking to save on shipping costs, we want to help you understand the options available to you so you can place your order with confidence. We do offer multiple shipping options, including free shipping for most orders over $99*. (*Some restrictions apply.) 

Please see below for detailed information on our order processing and shipping policies, including shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs.

Order Processing and Shipping Policies

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please save this email as your receipt; it will contain all of the important information about your order should you need to contact us.

Most of the items we carry are in-stock in our warehouse and ready to ship quickly. Most orders are processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time may be processed on the following business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Possible exceptions include items on back-order (see below), orders requiring custom screen printing, and special order items. Special order items typically ship directly from the manufacturer. All special order items will be described accordingly. Please allow up to 7-10 days for special order processing.

 

Items on Back Order

Occasionally, an item that we carry may be on a temporary back-order due to high demand or a delay with the manufacturer. We understand this can be an inconvenience. If any of the items you have purchased are on back-order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any delays and discuss the options available to you based on the specifics of your order and the urgency of your need.

 

Address Verification / Address Changes

Please review your order details and confirm that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If your address is found to be incorrect by the carrier once your order is in transit it may result in delays and/or you may incur additional fees from the shipping carrier.

We recommend verifying the accuracy of your delivery address(es) prior to finalizing order placement.

If you have already placed your order and need to make a change, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will attempt to update your order before it is in transit, though we cannot guarantee successful changes once your order has been placed.

 

Shipping Options

Whether you’re shipping to a major metropolitan area or a remote, rural destination, we want to be sure that the industrial safety supplies you need are available when and where you need them. In addition to offering free shipping on qualifying orders over $99* (see below for details), we partner with both UPS® and The United States Postal Service® (USPS®) to provide each customer with as many shipping service options as possible.

For your reference, we have included descriptions and estimated delivery times for each available shipping service at the bottom of this page. Please note, these are the official descriptions and estimated delivery times as stated by UPS® and The United States Postal Service® (USPS®).

The availability of shipping services may vary depending on your delivery destination and the nature of the products in your order.

 

Free Shipping For Orders Over $99

Most orders totaling over $99.00 USD qualify for free shipping.

Some restrictions apply:

Some products require special handling and therefore do not qualify for free shipping. Currently, restricted items include, but may not be limited to some Sqwincher electrolyte replacement products and inverted spray paints. Restrictions and qualifying products are subject to change. Any items that do not qualify to receive free shipping will be noted accordingly within the product’s description on our website.

Free shipping is available for delivery destinations in the lower 48 / contiguous United States only. We regret that we are unable to offer free shipping on any orders being delivered to Alaska or Hawaii or any international destinations.

Free shipping only applies to qualifying orders being dispatched in a single shipment to a single delivery address. If your order requires split shipments, shipping charges will apply for any additional shipments or destinations. 

Note: In most cases free shipping orders will be sent via ground shipping. Transit times for free shipping orders will vary based on delivery location, but may take longer than other shipping options. If you need your order urgently, you may wish to decline the free shipping offer and select a faster delivery service.

 

Shipping Estimates

You can view a complete list of shipping services and prices available for your specific order and delivery address in your shopping cart, prior to placing your order, with no cost or obligation.

To use the shipping estimate tool: 

1.    Browse all of your favorite gear on gssafetyproducts.com and select all the products you are interested in purchasing.
2.    Go to your shopping cart. (You must go to the actual shopping cart page, not the preview.)
3.    Scroll down to the bottom of your cart where the total cost for your order is calculated.
4.    Click the link to the right of “Shipping,” which is located just above the red “Checkout” button.
5.    Enter the City, State, and Zip Code/Postal Code of your delivery address.
6.    Click the red “Estimate Shipping” button. This will open the list of services available and associated costs based on the items in your order and your shipping destination.
7.    Select the shipping service you’re interested in and click the “Update Shipping” button to see the shipping cost reflected in your order total.

You can repeat the process to recalculate your order with alternate shipping choices as many times as you like.

Once you have decided which shipping service will best meet your needs, select the option you prefer and proceed by clicking the red “Checkout” button.

Note: Your order will not be final until you enter your payment information and confirm your order by selecting the red “Place Order” button on the following page.

Shipping Services by Carrier 

For your reference, the following are summarized descriptions of the shipping services available through UPS® and The United States Postal Service® (USPS®). The descriptions and estimated delivery times below are as defined and provided by the carriers, UPS® and USPS®.

Please note, the shipping and delivery times outlined below are an estimate of the time it will take for your shipment to arrive once it has been received by the carrier, not from the time you place your order. The following delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

It is important to note that the shipping and delivery times outlined below are defined in business days, which may not include weekends or holidays. Delays and exceptions may be possible. G&S Safety Products cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by UPS®, USPS®, or any other circumstances once a package is out of our possession.

UPS® Shipping Services

The following are descriptions of shipping services available through UPS®, as defined by UPS®:

 

UPS® Ground

UPS® Ground is an economical shipping option with delivery expected between 1-5 business days, depending on delivery location.

 

UPS 3 Day Select® 

UPS 3 Day Select® offers an ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery. Delivery commitment is between 1-3 business days, depending on delivery location.

 

UPS 2nd Day Air®

UPS 2nd Day Air® offers a delivery commitment within 2 business days, with delivery typically by the end of the second business day.

 

UPS Next Day Air® 

UPS Next Day Air® is ideal for shipments that must arrive as early as possible on the next business day. Deliveries via Next Day Air® typically arrive by 10:30am on the next business day.

 

UPS Next Day Air Saver® 

UPS Next Day Air Saver® guarantees delivery on the next business day, with a delivery commitment by the end of the day.

 

United States Post Office® (USPS®) Shipping Services

The following are descriptions of shipping services available through the United States Post Office® (USPS®), as defined by USPS®:

Parcel Select®

Parcel Select® is an economical ground delivery service that averages delivery within 2-8 days for packages being delivered to the contiguous 48 states. If your package is being delivered to or from Alaska, Hawaii, or another U.S. territory, Parcel Select® delivery times can be significantly longer.

Priority Mail®

Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going. 

Priority Mail Express® 

Next-day to 2-day service, delivered by 6pm to most locations. Priority Mail Express® delivers 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions). Next-day delivery is available to most U.S. addresses and PO Boxes
