Returns
Sometimes things happen. If there is a problem with your order or the merchandise you received, please contact us as soon as possible at 814.476.7908 so we can try to make it right.
We are happy to accept returns on most of the products we carry, with some exceptions. We cannot accept returns on sanitary or packaged PPE items including, but not limited to safety goggles/protective eyewear, disposable gloves, disposable clothing, or other single or limited use protective garments. Please contact our customer service team with any questions you may have.
With the exception of merchandise being returned due to prior damage, defect, or error, we ask that all returned items be received in new, clean, unworn/unused, salable condition with all original retail packaging and/or tags in-tact. Returned merchandise that is found to be dirty/soiled, worn/used, unpackaged, or damaged is not returnable and will be subject to charge.
If you wish to make a return you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order. To receive a return authorization, please call 814.476.7908. Note: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Requests for returns beyond 7 days of order receipt may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once you receive your RMA#, please pack all items carefully and ship your return as quickly as possible to the address below. We ask that all returned merchandise be received within 30 days. Items received beyond 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or be ineligible for return.
