Product Description
The Miller Vi-Go 30' Ladder Climbing Safety System by Protective Industrial Products is designed to provide continuous fall protection for workers climbing fixed ladders. This system supports safe, hands-free climbing by using a uniquely designed, patent-pending Vi-Go Cable Sleeve that automatically bypasses intermediate cable guides. The sleeve travels smoothly along the lifeline and instantly locks in the event of a fall, keeping the user secure at every step. The Vi-Go system includes easy one-hand attachment and detachment, without pins, chains, or external parts that can be lost or damaged. Its automatic pass-through cable guides protect the cable from wear, allow the system to accommodate slight ladder curvature, and improve overall durability. The cable sleeve is built with corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless-steel components, and its attachment mechanism is designed to prevent incorrect installation for added safety. An integrated shock-absorbing element helps reduce forces during fall arrest. The system accommodates 5/16 in. (8 mm) or 3/8 in. (10 mm) cable.
