The Impacto Full Finger Glove Liner is designed to provide reliable impact and shock protection while maintaining comfort and dexterity. Made from soft polycotton lycra, this lightweight glove liner offers excellent breathability and flexibility, allowing natural hand movement during extended use. The glove features impact-absorbing VEP (Visco-Elastic Polymer) padding in the palm and fingers, helping reduce shock and vibration from repetitive tasks. It can be worn under a work glove for added protection or used on its own in clean applications where lightweight protection and dexterity are required. VEP padding mimics the behavior of liquids while remaining solid, allowing it to disperse shock waves in all directions. This advanced material absorbs and dissipates impact energy while gradually returning to its original shape between impacts. Laboratory testing has shown VEP can absorb up to 500% more shock than foam of the same thickness, making it highly effective at reducing vibration and impact during tool use. Typical padding thickness is 1/8 in. (3 mm), delivering excellent shock absorption while maintaining tactile sensitivity and control.
