Return Policy

If you need to return a purchased item to us please call (800) 932-2301 and request a RMA # from a customer service representative. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Claims for returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of order. Returns after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise older than 30 days from receipt may not be returned for credit. Special order items, volume
discount items, and custom imprinted items are non-returnable except for defective workmanship. Dirty, soiled or worn products will not be accepted for credit. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not received in saleable condition.

Shipping Policy

Most items are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of when you place your order. Exceptions do occur and you will be notified if there is a delay in shipping. Orders received after 2:30pm Eastern Standard time will be shipped the following business day. On Friday, that means orders will ship on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday. If you must have your order shipped today, please contact us by phone at (800) 932-2301, by 2:00pm EST
Monday-Friday. We want to be sure your order arrives when you need it.

The shipping cost is based on the weight of your items and the distance from our distribution center and your location. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days.

Some companies view shipping charges as a source of money to greatly add to their profit margins. G&S Safety Products feels that the customer desires fair and equitable pricing on the products purchased, and the same standard should also apply to the shipping costs.

G&S Safety Products has spent significant effort to acquire the largest possible discounts and incentives from our carrier. The discounts earned by G&S Safety Products are in turn passed on to our customers.
